ES Yes, since 2015 same-sex couples can adopt in Colombia without any restrictions based on their sexual orientation or gender identity. To do so, they must apply as adoptive parents, on equal terms as a heterosexual couple, and follow the procedure established by the Colombian Institute of Family Welfare (Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar).
