Every day lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people face difficulties in accessing services, goods or claiming a right, all because they have a same-sex partner or a diverse gender identity. Much of this violence is perceived as "normal" despite being criminalised by law.
It is for this reason that Colombia Diversa wants to know about these cases, in which accessing our rights has been a constant struggle and, if necessary, provide you with legal advice for your defence. Below we will describe situations that reflect these experiences. If you answer yes to any of them, it is because you have suffered violence because of your sexual orientation or gender identity.
If you want to tell us about your case so that we can support you in defending your rights, you can do so by calling us at whatsapp 313-3656918 or by mail co****************@*************sa.org.
