Recognising the importance of the integral wellbeing of its work team, and in response to the psychosocial challenges faced by those working in emotionally demanding contexts, the organisation seeks to implement a specialised consultancy in mental health and self-care.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h6><b> Objective of the consultancy<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Strengthen the emotional well-being and self-care capacities of the Colombia Diversa team by implementing strategies and practical tools that respond to the needs identified in the internal survey carried out by the organisation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li>\n<h6><b> Scope and expected outputs<\/b><\/h6>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The consultancy will run from September to November 2025, in two phases:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Phase 1: Diagnosis and design<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Review of the results of the survey conducted by Colombia Diversa.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Complementation (if required) through interviews or focus groups.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Design of an intervention proposal adapted to the needs of the team.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Phase 2: Implementation and accompaniment<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Development of at least 3 group sessions (workshops or trainings) on mental health and self-care.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A closing session with recommendations and sustainable strategies for the organisation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Delivery of a final report including:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Summary of diagnostic findings.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Description of the activities carried out.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"3\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Recommendations and suggested medium-term action plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h6><b> Profile of the consultant person or team<\/b><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Professional training in psychology, mental health, social work or related areas.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Proven experience in psychosocial intervention, well-being at work and self-care approach.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Experience working with human rights organisations or LGBTI groups is desirable.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Differential and intersectional approach.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>\n<h6><b> Duration and timetable<\/b><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The consultancy will have a duration of three months (September - November 2025). The specific schedule will be defined together with Colombia Diversa, according to the availability of the team and the planned activities.<\/span><\/p>\n<ol start=\"6\">\n<li>\n<h6><b> Budget and method of payment<\/b><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The total budget available for this consultancy is COP 10,000,000 (including taxes and associated costs).<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The proposed method of payment:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">40% upon signature of the contract and delivery of the work plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">60% to delivery and approval of the final products.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"7\">\n<li>\n<h6><b> Selection process<\/b><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The selection will be carried out in two stages:<\/span><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Expression of interest: send CV and short letter describing experience and motivation.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Presentation of technical and economic proposals: only for pre-selected persons, based on the diagnosis and requirements shared by Colombia Diversa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"8\">\n<li>\n<h6><b> Submission of applications and deadline<\/b><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Interested persons should send their expressions of interest to monitoreoyevaluaci\u00f3<span \n                data-original-string='co8xURu5vT6SPzlYrz2LGw==0caMKr77YaiBxFowAJNnNn94nCWjIr8qP3xWFcC3qmArwM='\n                class='apbct-email-encoder'\n                title='This contact has been encoded by Anti-Spam by CleanTalk.
