    Background<\/b><\/h6>\n

    Colombia Diversa is an organisation that works to promote and defend the rights of LGBTI people in Colombia. Recognising the importance of the integral wellbeing of its work team, and in response to the psychosocial challenges faced by those working in emotionally demanding contexts, the organisation seeks to implement a specialised consultancy in mental health and self-care.<\/span><\/li>\n

    Objective of the consultancy<\/b><\/h6>\n

    Strengthen the emotional well-being and self-care capacities of the Colombia Diversa team by implementing strategies and practical tools that respond to the needs identified in the internal survey carried out by the organisation.<\/span><\/li>\n

    Scope and expected outputs<\/b><\/h6>\n

    The consultancy will run from September to November 2025, in two phases:<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      \n
    • Phase 1: Diagnosis and design<\/span>\n
        \n
      • Review of the results of the survey conducted by Colombia Diversa.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Complementation (if required) through interviews or focus groups.<\/span><\/li>\n
      • Design of an intervention proposal adapted to the needs of the team.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
      • Phase 2: Implementation and accompaniment<\/span>\n
          \n
        • Development of at least 3 group sessions (workshops or trainings) on mental health and self-care.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • A closing session with recommendations and sustainable strategies for the organisation.<\/span><\/li>\n
        • Delivery of a final report including:<\/span>\n
            \n
          • Summary of diagnostic findings.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Description of the activities carried out.<\/span><\/li>\n
          • Recommendations and suggested medium-term action plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Profile of the consultant person or team<\/b><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
                \n
              • Professional training in psychology, mental health, social work or related areas.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Proven experience in psychosocial intervention, well-being at work and self-care approach.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Experience working with human rights organisations or LGBTI groups is desirable.<\/span><\/li>\n
              • Differential and intersectional approach.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  Duration and timetable<\/b><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                  The consultancy will have a duration of three months (September - November 2025). The specific schedule will be defined together with Colombia Diversa, according to the availability of the team and the planned activities.<\/span><\/p>\n

                    Budget and method of payment<\/b><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                    The total budget available for this consultancy is COP 10,000,000 (including taxes and associated costs).<\/span>
                    \n<\/span>The proposed method of payment:<\/span><\/p>\n

                      \n
                    • 40% upon signature of the contract and delivery of the work plan.<\/span><\/li>\n
                    • 60% to delivery and approval of the final products.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                        Selection process<\/b><\/h6>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

                        The selection will be carried out in two stages:<\/span><\/p>\n

                          \n
                        1. Expression of interest: send CV and short letter describing experience and motivation.<\/span><\/li>\n
                        2. Presentation of technical and economic proposals: only for pre-selected persons, based on the diagnosis and requirements shared by Colombia Diversa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
