Description:\u00a0<\/b>For two decades, Colombia Diversa has been working to defend the rights of the LGBTIQ+ population. Through litigation, advocacy and educommunication strategies, the organisation is committed to positioning the conversation on human rights and the life experiences of the LGBTIQ+ population in different scenarios and audiences.<\/p>\n

Therefore, we are looking for a dynamic person who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to strengthen visibility and engagement in social media. This role requires a deep commitment to promoting social change and gender equality.<\/p>\n

Role tasks:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Structuring communication strategies for Colombia Diversa's different communication platforms.<\/li>\n
  2. Produce weekly social media content on current issues that the organisation is working on.<\/li>\n
  3. Build a monthly report on the behaviour of social networks and the reception of the content produced by Colombia Diversa.<\/li>\n
  4. Process changes or requests related to the website and Google Suite.<\/li>\n
  5. Social media coverage of events in which the Colombia Diversa team participates.<\/li>\n
  6. Designing newsletters for the promotion of events, research, services, among other topics.<\/li>\n
  7. Contacting communications and design providers for specific projects (launch of reports, new websites, layout, consultancies, etc.).<\/li>\n
  8. Support the coordination of the area in the cross-cutting deliverables required for the different projects implemented by Colombia Diversa.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Type of Recruitment:\u00a0<\/b>contract for the provision of professional services.<\/p>\n

    Value:\u00a0<\/b>monthly fees up to a maximum value of 4.700.000. This value may change depending on the curriculum vitae.<\/p>\n

    Requirements:<\/b><\/p>\n

    1. Professional in social communication, digital storytelling, journalism or related areas.<\/li>\n
    2. Have at least three (3) years of specific experience in the position applied for.<\/li>\n
    3. Experience in digital marketing is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
