Description. The person who performs the functions of this position will work under the Coordination of the Peace and Transitional Justice Area of Colombia Diversa or whoever the latter designates as supervisor of the contract and will be responsible for collecting the litigation strategies that the Five Keys organisations (Humanas, Red Nacional de Mujeres, Women's Link Worldwide, Sisma and Colombia Diversa) bring before the Special Jurisdiction for Peace.<\/p>\n
3. Functions. The main functions include the following:
\na. Interview and collect detailed information on the litigation strategies that the Five Keys organisations (Humanas, Red Nacional de Mujeres, Women's Link Worldwide, Sisma and Colombia Diversa) are pursuing before the Special Jurisdiction for Peace.
\nb. Deliver by the end of May a short paper outlining current strategies and the challenges and opportunities that shifting to prosecution of crimes against humanity litigation would offer for each of the Cinco Claves organisations.
\nc. Accompany the internal event of the Five Keys Alliance at the end of May and collect the main conclusions and concerns that each organisation presents on their shift to a gender-based prosecution litigation strategy.
\nd. Accompany the Five Keys Alliance's public event with nine Latin American experts to be held in early August in Bogot\u00e1 to collect the experts' main recommendations to the Alliance regarding their concerns about prosecution litigation.
\ne. Any others that may be designated by the Peace and Transitional Justice Area or the Directorate of Colombia Diversa associated with the object of the present contract.
\n4. Type of contract. Contract for the Provision of Services, which is governed by the Legislation, rates and taxes of the Republic of Colombia. The contract will be signed for a period to be agreed with the contractor. There is no possibility of renewal or the existence of the possibility of establishing another type of link with the organisation.
\n5. Value. The Contract shall have a maximum value of COP 15'000,000 as total remuneration. The deductions imposed by law shall be applied to this amount.
\n6. Qualifications. To be eligible for the position, the person must meet and prove the following requirements:
\na. Undergraduate degree in law with a valid professional card.
\nb. At least three years' experience in representing and\/or accompanying victims of GBV.
\nc. The person is expected to have knowledge of gender and transitional justice.
\nd. Preference will be given to LGBTQ persons applying for the position.<\/p>\n
