1. Subject matter
\nTo contract the services of storytelling, illustration and animation to a natural or legal person with experience in storytelling and animation for the construction of short explanatory videos about the experiences of LGBT people in the context of the armed conflict and peacebuilding. The contractor will be responsible for coordinating and executing the entire creative process for the production of the videos.<\/p>\n
2. Activities and products
\nActivity: Construction of a bank of educational resources for pedagogy on peace, transitional justice and peacebuilding with an LGBT perspective for use in capacity-building and awareness-raising workshops for staff in institutional and organisational spaces.
\nOutputs: 5 short videos on the following topics:
\n- The experiences of LGBT people in the context of the armed conflict
\n- Prejudicial violence and its manifestations
\n- Enforced disappearance and the search for LGBT missing persons
\n- Status of implementation of the measures required of LGBT people under the peace agreement
\n- Presentation of the book Who is Going to Tell Us?<\/p>\n
These activities will be verified by Colombia Diversa's Peace and Transitional Justice team.<\/p>\n
3. Requirements
\n- At least 5 years of experience in the production of educational illustrated content.
\n- Experience in communication with a differential and intersectional approach.
\n- Proven experience in storytelling.
\n- Ability to design an audiovisual script in English.<\/p>\n
4. Time of execution and payments<\/p>\n
- Duration: the contract must be executed within 3 months of signature.
\n- Payment schedule: to be agreed upon<\/p>\n
Payment shall be subject to COLOMBIA DIVERSA's approval of the delivered product. Adjustments to the products may be requested up to one month after the stipulated final delivery.<\/p>\n
5. Value
\nThe contract will be worth between twenty-two (22,000,000) and twenty-six million pesos (26,000,000) depending on the proposal and the winning quotation.<\/p>\n
The contract is NOT exempt from the application of fees, withholdings and taxes, which depend on the tax regime of the consultant. In the case of natural persons, the corresponding social security payments will be requested.<\/p>\n
6. Intellectual Property
\nIntellectual property rights and other proprietary rights, including their use in social media, products or manuals generated, prepared or obtained in the framework of this consultancy belong to Colombia Diversa.<\/p>\n

\nApplications will be received until midnight on 25 September 2022. Once the stage of receiving proposals has been completed, the selection process will be initiated by an Evaluation Committee within Colombia Diversa and the results will be notified to all those who send proposals.<\/p>\n
