Position:<\/b>\u00a0community manager.<\/p>\n

Description:<\/b>\u00a0Colombia Diversa is an organisation that has been defending the rights of LGBT people since 2004. Within the framework of a series of projects operated by Colombia Diversa is the Red Sin Violencia LGBTI, which is the first network of organisations that monitors homicides of LGBTI people in Latin America and the Caribbean, thereby also designing and implementing dissemination and advocacy strategies at the regional level.<\/p>\n

The person selected for this position will work on the communications management of the Sin Violencia network, as well as lead logistical aspects of information dissemination to the media, international organisations and donors. In addition, he\/she will support Colombia Diversa's communications activities.<\/p>\n

Duties of the position:<\/b><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Structuring and developing a content proposal for the different communication platforms of the\u00a0SInViolencia network<\/a>\u00a0y\u00a0Colombia Diverse<\/a>.<\/strong><\/em><\/li>\n
  2. Coordinate the social networks of the SIn Violencia network.<\/li>\n
  3. Coordinate with the member organisations of the SInViolencia network to disseminate activities and reports.<\/li>\n
  4. Track social media behaviour and reception of content produced.<\/li>\n
  5. Process changes or requests related to the SIn Violencia website.<\/li>\n
  6. When required, support the design of content for the SIn Violencia network.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Type of recruitment:<\/b>\u00a0contract for the provision of professional services.<\/p>\n

    Value:<\/b>\u00a0The monthly honorarium will be between $3,500,000 and $4,000,000, but will be set depending on experience, educational background, performance in the evaluation process and placement on the institutional salary scale.<\/p>\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Professional in social communication, journalism or related areas.<\/li>\n
    2. Knowledge of social networks, their tools and how the algorithm works.<\/li>\n
    3. To have at least three (3) years of specific experience with respect to the profile requested.<\/li>\n
    4. Language: minimum requirements: English B1.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Would be an asset:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      1. LGBTI+ people's applications and their different intersections.<\/li>\n
      2. Any experience in creating content for Tik Tok.<\/li>\n
      3. Demonstrable experience on gender and the rights of LGBTI+ persons<\/li>\n
      4. Audiovisual studies and knowledge of recording and post-production.<\/li>\n
      5. Demonstrable experience as a content creator.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
