I. BACKGROUND:<\/p>\n
Colombia Diversa is the leading social organisation in the defence of the human rights of LGBT people in the country. Since its creation in 2004, it has supported different areas of work, including human rights and communications.<\/p>\n
In recent years, the organisation has sought to create innovative content on life experiences, human rights, litigation and other LGBT-related content. One of the platforms that has succeeded in bringing the general public closer to the violence and discrimination suffered by LGBT people is Celeste. Given the success of such a platform, the organisation is looking to expand it, including new sections and improving the user experience. That is why we are looking for a UX\/UI designer and\/or a company specialised in UX\/UI design management to join our team.

II. OBJECTIVES:<\/p>\n
Conduct an assessment of the current state of the platform and, based on this, revamp the user experience and interactive design of the entire platform.
\nAdjust the layout of the information in the Constellations section so that the presentation of the data is more interactive. This should include a process of analysis of the current content and the presentation and structuring of the information.
\nmust be in line with the concept of the platform.
\nCarry out a web development process and user experience adjustments of two new sections (Nebula, Atlas).
\nRenew the design of the One Star section, which corresponds to the home page. Specifically, the aim is for the organisation and presentation of the questions to have a random design.
\n\u27a2 Include additional content, this corresponds to new videos and text.
\n\u27a2 Adapt all modifications to a responsive web design.<\/p>\n

III. PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<\/p>\n
More than 3 years of experience in interface design, information architecture and user testing.
\nExperience in generating new user experiences in innovative products, platforms or services.
\nExperience in the conceptualisation of the design, in order to articulate an interactive design with the visualisation of the platform.
\nSpecific experience in human rights and sexual and gender diversity would be an asset.
\nIn the case of a consultancy team, indicate the person who will coordinate the team.<\/p>\n
IV. EXPECTED OUTPUTS:
\nThe Celeste platform is expected to renew the user experience and interactivity in design.
\nA document explaining and justifying the adjustments in web design, user experience and design conceptualisation for the sections A Star, Constellations, Atlas and Nebula.
\nThe full implementation of the proposed adjustments regarding web design, user experience and design conceptualisation.
\nTechnical support sessions for at least two months after the final delivery of the platform.
\nThe inclusion of additional information, different from what is currently on the platform, and the corresponding adjustment to follow the same line of design.<\/p>\n
V. AMOUNT OF THE CONSULTANCY:
\nThe range of the consultancy is between $15,000,000 and $ 17,000,000.
\nThe above-mentioned amount is not exempt from the application of taxes, withholdings and duties, depending on the tax regime of the consultant. If you are an individual, you may be required to pay social security contributions.

VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:<\/p>\n
Intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights, including any products or manuals that are produced, prepared or obtained as a result of or in the course of this consultancy belong to Colombia Diversa.<\/p>\n
VII. IMPLEMENTATION TIME:<\/p>\n
Final delivery of the products shall be no later than 30 May 2022.<\/p>\n

VIII. PROPOSAL:<\/p>\n
They should include the following:
\n\u27a2 Portfolio of implemented projects with the corresponding links.
\nA detailed quotation and proposal, specifying development time and technical support.
\n\u27a2 Schedule of work.<\/p>\n
IX. METHOD OF PAYMENT:
\nInitial payment: 30 % of the total value upon approval of a first document including a diagnosis of the Celeste platform and a proposal of how the design and user experience would be revamped.
\nFinal payment: 70 % upon delivery of the finished platform. Each payment will be subject to COLOMBIA DIVERSA's approval of the delivered product. Adjustments may be requested.<\/p>\n
