I. BACKGROUND:<\/p>\n
Colombia Diversa is the leading social organisation in the defence of the human rights of LGBT people in the country. Since its creation in 2004, it has sustained different areas of work, including human rights and communications. In recent years, the organisation has sought to create innovative content on life experiences, human rights, litigation and other LGBT-related content. One of the platforms that has managed to bring the general public closer to the violence and discrimination suffered by LGBT people is Celeste.<\/p>\n
Given the success of this platform, the organisation is looking to expand it to include new sections. One of them, Atlas, will include audio-visual material that will showcase the experience of LGBT human rights defenders. That is why we are looking for an audiovisual producer to take on this task.<\/p>\n

II. OBJECTIVES:<\/p>\n
Conduct an analysis of the Celeste platform and agree with the Colombia Diversa team on the objective and focus of the videos.
\nProduce the script of 5 videos with an approximate duration of 3 minutes each about LGBT leaders located in Putumayo, Choc\u00f3 and Cauca.
\n\u27a2 To record the videos in the regions where LGBT leaders are located.
\n\u27a2 Edit the 5 videos for final delivery.<\/p>\n

III. PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:<\/p>\n
More than 3 years of experience in video production.
\nExperience in production and post-production of audiovisual material.
\nSpecific experience in human rights and sexual and gender diversity would be an asset.<\/p>\n
<\/p>\n
IV. EXPECTED OUTPUTS:
\nA detailed timetable and work plan, specifying travel dates, is expected to be submitted.
\nScripts for each of the videos before starting the production stage.
\nThe delivery of all audiovisual material produced in the framework of the activity.
\n\u27a2 5 videos of approximately 3 minutes edited.<\/p>\n

V. AMOUNT OF THE CONSULTANCY:
\nThe range of the consultancy is between $ 15.000.000 and 17.000.000.
\nThe amount includes travel costs incurred in the framework of the consultancy.
\nThe aforementioned value is not exempt from the application of taxes, withholdings and duties, which depend on the tax regime of the consultant.
\nIf you are a natural person, you may be required to pay social security contributions.<\/p>\n
VI. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:<\/p>\n
Intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights, including any products or manuals that are produced, prepared or obtained as a result of or in the course of this consultancy belong to Colombia Diversa.<\/p>\n
VII. IMPLEMENTATION TIME:<\/p>\n
Final delivery of the products shall be no later than 30 April 2022.<\/p>\n
VIII. PROPOSAL:
\nThey should include the following:
\n\u27a2 Portfolio of implemented projects with the corresponding links.<\/p>\n
A detailed quotation and proposal, specifying development time and technical support.<\/p>\n
\u27a2 Schedule of work.<\/p>\n
IX METHOD OF PAYMENT:
\nInitial payment: 30 % of the total value upon approval of the work schedule and corresponding scripts for each video.
\nFinal payment: 70 % upon delivery of the finished videos. Each payment will be subject to COLOMBIA DIVERSA's approval of the delivered product. Adjustments may be requested.<\/p>\n
