Description:<\/strong>\u00a0The communications area works transversally with the other three areas of the organisation: litigation, transitional justice and peace and human rights. The work is oriented towards the visibility of the internal and external activities carried out in Colombia Diversa, the creation of communications strategies around the reports and content produced and, finally, the building of a community in social networks.<\/p>\n

Duties of the position:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Design communication strategies and weekly content for Colombia Diversa's different communication platforms.<\/li>\n
  2. Structuring a content proposal, together with the area coordinator.<\/li>\n
  3. Monitor social media behaviour and the reception of content produced by Colombia Diversa.<\/li>\n
  4. Process changes or requests related to the website and Google Suite.<\/li>\n
  5. Register events that require the assistance of Colombia Diversa's communications team.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Type of Recruitment:<\/strong>\u00a0Contract for the provision of professional services.<\/p>\n

    Value:<\/strong>\u00a0Monthly honoraria up to a maximum of $ 4,000,000, which may be reduced depending on experience, academic background, performance in the evaluation process and placement on the institutional salary scale.<\/p>\n

    Requirements:<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Professional in social communication, political science, anthropology or related areas.<\/li>\n
    2. To have at least three (3) years of specific experience with respect to the profile requested.<\/li>\n
    3. Experience in gender and sexual diversity issues would be an asset.<\/li>\n
    4. Language: Minimum requirements: English B1.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Place of Residence:<\/strong>\u00a0Once the health crisis has been overcome, under the terms decreed by the authorities, he will have to reside in Bogot\u00e1, Colombia.<\/p>\n
