It is common for this to happen because of misinformation that confuses the application of Constitutional Court rulings.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minjusticia.gov.co\/Portals\/0\/JSP\/contenido\/index.html\"><strong>Click here to participate in the training module \"Gender Perspective, Family and Access to Justice\".<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>It is for this reason that together with the Ministry of Justice, Caribe Afirmativo and with the support of USAID's Justice for Sustainable Peace Programme, we have created the virtual module \"Gender Perspective, Family and Access to Justice\". This module, divided into 12 thematic units, seeks to provide training resources so that anyone can learn about and apply the concepts, norms and jurisprudence that guarantee the right to justice for people with diverse sexual orientations and gender identities.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-1729\" src=\"https:\/\/colombiadiversa.org\/colombiadiversa2016\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Logo-de-la-justicia-es-sensible-al-g%C3%A9nero-1024x451.jpeg\" alt=\"Justice and gender\" \/><\/p>\n<p>\"With this module we want to continue contributing to improving the institutional capacity of the Colombian state to recognise and guarantee the rights of LGBT people living in territories affected by the armed conflict, whose institutional capacity has been diminished and the effectiveness of the state's response to guarantee rights affected,\" says Beldys Hern\u00e1ndez, a lawyer with Colombia Diversa and one of the authors of the module.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-1725\" src=\"https:\/\/colombiadiversa.org\/colombiadiversa2016\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/guia-de-conocimeinto.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Those who enter the module will be provided with a variety of resources that will enable them to have a learning cycle consisting of: a study guide, a multimedia presentation, a pre-recorded lecture and a follow-up guide. It is estimated that 76 hours must be invested to successfully complete this study guide, time that the participant will be able to distribute in the way that best suits their schedule.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.minjusticia.gov.co\/Portals\/0\/JSP\/contenido\/index.html\">We invite you to participate in the training module \"Gender Perspective, Family and Access to Justice\".<\/a><\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are you a public official and do not know about LGBT people's right to access to justice?
