Colombia Diversa is an organisation founded in 2004 that seeks to promote full inclusion, respect for the rights, recognition and mobilisation of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people. The organisation is currently implementing the project \"Memory of LGBT victims as a contribution to truth and reconciliation\" within the framework of the CIDA\/VOCA Partnerships for Reconciliation Programme (PAR), with funding from USAID. The outcome of the project will be the launch of a web platform with the stories of LGBT victims of homicides in Colombia.<\/p>\n

To achieve this, Colombia Diversa has opened a public call to select the company that will create this web platform.<\/p>\n

Since the USAID grant is for a programme of common benefit in Colombia, privileges with respect to exemption from national taxes, duties or contributions will apply at the time of contracting and payment.<\/p>\n

Brief description of the product to be delivered:<\/strong><\/p>\n

Technological communication tool (WEB PORTAL) to raise awareness and mobilise public opinion on the importance of the truth about violent deaths motivated by sexual orientation and\/or gender identity in Colombia, through the dissemination of the life stories of the victims (TEXTS, AUDIO, VIDEOS and\/or IMAGES) in a graphic (virtual tour of a FOREST) and interactive way.<\/p>\n
