Can the EPS refuse to provide it?"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If the medicine or treatment cannot be replaced by other equally effective ones that are included in the POS and if not receiving the treatment causes great pain or endangers life, the EPS must provide it.
