If you have not declared your partnership, you can submit an extrajudicial declaration from the interested party and third parties, in which you state that you have known about the cohabitation of the couple, as well as the length of the cohabitation (from - to).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><b>Note:\u00a0<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to receive the pension for life, it is necessary to prove that you have lived with your partner for the last 5 years and that you are over 30 years of age.
