What is the visa that must be requested for a foreigner to live in Colombia as the permanent partner or spouse of a Colombian person?

The answer is the M visa (before 2 August 2017 it was the TP-10 visa), which is granted to foreigners who wish to stay in the national territory with the intention of settling in the country. Among the conditions for applying for this visa is that it is the spouse or permanent partner of a Colombian national[1]. In this case, the visa will be valid for three (3) years.
