To the administration of those assets. 3. to the judicial and extrajudicial representation of the son, daughter or child. 4. To the right of guardianship, direction and correction of the son, daughter or child. This is unwaivable, non-transferable and imprescriptible, so that parents cannot refuse their obligations towards their children. The only exception to its restriction or interruption is by judicial decision or when an adoption takes place.
