- Description. The area of fundraising and project monitoring will work hand in hand with the executive management and the administrative and mission coordinations of human rights, peace, communications and litigation to guarantee the medium and long term financing of the organisation and ensure the adequate fulfilment of objectives, indicators and products committed to by the organisation in cooperation projects by the different mission coordinations.
 - Functions of the Coordination.
 - Design and follow up a resource mobilisation plan and an institutional model for project monitoring.
 - Structuring and presenting funding proposals, together with those responsible for the different thematic lines.
 - Follow-up on project implementation (use of monitoring tool, regular meetings with teams to review compliance and adjustments to schedules).
 - Process changes or requests for modifications in the development of projects that affect the formulation or agreements initially agreed, including funding proposals submitted (and not yet approved) and those of ongoing projects.
 - Produce narrative reports and consolidate and submit narrative and financial reports to funders with the collaboration of individual project managers.
 - Map potential funders that best fit the organisation's mission, vision and strategic goals.
 - Monitoring of funding opportunities.
 
- Type of Recruitment. Contract for the provision of professional services.
 - Value. Monthly honoraria up to a maximum value of $6,000,000,000 m/cte, but this value may decrease depending on experience, academic background, performance in the evaluation process and placement within the institutional salary scale.
 - Dedication. Part-time as minimum dedication.

- Professional in law, social sciences or international relations
 - Postgraduate degree in international cooperation, project management or related field
 - Coordination of projects, management of indicators, presentation and presentation of reports.
 - Have at least five (5) years of specific experience in the required profile after graduating from undergraduate studies.
 
- Language: Minimum requirements: English C1.
 - Place of Residence. Once the health crisis has been overcome, under the terms decreed by the authorities, he will have to reside in Bogotá, Colombia.
