In the framework of the fifth anniversary of the signing of the Peace Agreement between the Colombian State and the former FARC - EP in Colombia Diversa we take stock of the implementation of gender measures, in particular those that include LGBT people.

So far the picture is not encouraging: many of the specific measures have not been implemented and those that are implemented show a low rate of progress.
