1.Objective:
Hire the services of a natural person or company with accredited experience in graphic/visual reporting. storytelling to systematise four memory laboratories that will take place in Popayán, Buenaventura, Quibdó and Mocoa. The people in charge are expected to have experience in the systematisation of participatory and/or artistic spaces for peacebuilding, as well as knowledge of gender and sexuality issues.
2. Activities and products:
- Produce a graphic account of each of the memory labs that will take place in person in the aforementioned locations. The laboratories will take place between March and June 2022, and each of them will consist of two trips. In the first trip, three days will be devoted to the activities of integration and consolidation of the proposals for the construction of memory. On the second trip, a single day is set aside for the staging of the memory laboratory (with a feminist and intersectional approach) designed on the first trip. The staging day takes place two weeks after the preparation days (no space takes place simultaneously with another).
- Deliver four graphic reports of the memory labs in letter or legal size and, additionally, deliver these same reports in a format for printing or projection in "super large format".
- Carrying out a fanzine with graphic reports of the four laboratories, including short, digestible texts that give an overview of the process as a whole. The realisation of the fanzine includes layout and graphic design (excluding printing).
- Select lessons learned from the process in terms of: a) how to achieve participatory, feminist and intersectional spaces with the victims; b) how to make memory from other (non-traditional) registers; c) what the spaces for the construction of memory suggested in terms of reparation for the victims of the Colombian armed conflict.
The aforementioned activities will be verified by Colombia Diversa's Peace and Transitional Justice team, who will also be responsible for providing prior orientation to the selected contractor.
3. Requirements:
- Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in graphic reporting.
- Demonstrate knowledge in the construction of historical memory.
- Demonstrate knowledge of the Comprehensive System of Truth, Justice, Reparation and Non-Repetition (provided for in point 5 of the Final Peace Agreement).
- Demonstrated document layout or graphic design skills.
- Have an interest and knowledge in intersectional feminism and LGBT perspectives on peacebuilding.
4. Execution times:
Duration. The contract must be executed within three months from the signature of the contract.

Payment is subject to the approval of DIVERSE COLOMBIA of the delivered product. Product adjustments may be requested up to one month after the stipulated final delivery.
6. Value:
The consultancy will have a value of approximately seventeen million Colombian pesos ($17.000.000) and twenty million Colombian pesos ($20'000.000), according to the winning proposal and quotation. These proposals must consider the cost of taxes or duties for their work. The costs of airfare to the places where the memory labs will take place will be paid by Colombia Diversa.
The contract NO is exempt from fees, withholding and taxes, which depend on the tax system of the consultant. In the case of a natural person, the corresponding social security payment shall be requested.
7. Intellectual property:
Intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights, including any products or manuals generated, prepared or obtained in the framework of this consultancy belong to Colombia Diversa.
8. Implementation:

- Resume of the person in charge of systematisation
- Portfolio of similar projects implemented
- Quotation including VAT.
Deadline. Applications will be received until noon on 4 March 2022. Once the proposals have been received, the selection process will be initiated by an Evaluation Committee within Colombia Diversa and the results will be notified no later than the afternoon of 4 March 2022. The best proposals will be called for interview during the morning of 7 March 2022 by virtual means.
