1. OBJECTIVE:
Hire the services of a company or individual with accredited experience in interface design, UX user design, website conceptualisation and responsive design to include stories of peacebuilding by cisgender heterosexual women and LGBT people on the website: http://unviajedepaz.colombiadiversa.org/
This update should be in line with the conceptual proposal of the website and its navigability. Additionally, an improvement in the interactive design is expected.
2. ACTIVITIES AND PRODUCTS:
Conduct an assessment of the current state of the platform and, based on this, propose improvements to its interactive design and user experience. Such an analysis should be recorded in a document explaining and justifying the recommended adjustments to the design of the sections according to the platform concept, web design, user experience.
Create new entries in the "purpose of the journey" section that is connected to the overall design of the site and ensures a pleasant navigability. This involves a web development process with the Peace and Transitional Justice team who know the stories that will be recorded there.
Include 40 memory-building stories of LGBT people and heterosexual cisgender women within the new entries of the "purpose of travel" section and some of the existing entries, ensuring the conceptual coherence of the website. It is expected that, based on the analysis of the current content of the website, the consultancy will be able to propose alternatives to ensure that the presentation and structuring of the information to be included is in line with the concept of the platform and that the user has a highly satisfactory experience.
● Adapt all modifications to a responsive web design.
● Technical support sessions for at least two months after the final delivery of the platform.
The aforementioned activities will be verified and their technical guidelines supervised and developed by the Colombia Diversa team delegated for this purpose.
REQUIREMENTS:
● 3+ years of experience in interface design, information architecture and user testing.
● Experience in generating new user experiences for products, platforms or services
innovative.
● Experience in design conceptualisation, so as to articulate interactive design with visualisation
of the platform.
● Specific experience in memory building, sexual and gender diversity is an asset.
● In the case of a consultancy team, the person who will coordinate the team must be indicated and accreditation must be provided.

4. EXECUTION TIME AND PAYMENTS:
Duration: the contract must be executed within four months from the signature of the contract.
Payment schedule:
● One-off payment: 100% at the end of the contract.
The one-time payment is subject to COLOMBIA DIVERSA's approval of the delivered product. The following may be requested
adjustments to the products up to one month after the stipulated final delivery.
5. VALUE:
The consultancy will be worth approximately fifteen million Colombian pesos ($15,000,000) to twenty million Colombian pesos ($20'000,000), depending on the winning proposal and quotation.
The contract is NOT exempt from fees, withholding and taxes, depending on the tax regime of the consultant. In the case of a natural person, the payment of the corresponding social security may be required.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
Intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights, including any products or manuals generated, prepared or obtained in the framework of this consultancy belong to Colombia Diversa.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY:
COLOMBIA DIVERSA will retain the intellectual property of the results produced. The products of the consultancy may not be used without written authorisation. Any type of reproduction, publication, dissertation or public disclosure or disclosure to third parties, by any verbal, audiovisual and/or written means of the material from the provision of its services is prohibited. In case of publication, the respective credits will be mentioned, the documents produced are intended to be shared with the general public.
9. CONFIDENTIALITY:
The information that becomes known within the framework of this consultancy and that is not finally published on the platform will be confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties, unless there is an express written authorisation from COLOMBIA DIVERSA.
