• Object: 

Consultancy for the design and layout of the pedagogical material for the modules of the Escuela Política Feminista para la construcción de paz de Colombia Diversa (Feminist Political School for Peacebuilding of Colombia Diversa).

• Activities and products:

Under the supervision of the Coordination of Peace and Transitional Justice, or the person designated by the Coordination for this purpose, the person hired will be in charge of developing the modules of the Feminist Political School. This includes proposing and constructing the methodology and pedagogical tools, as well as deepening the contents previously established by Colombia Diversa for each of the modules.

The products designed must incorporate an intersectional and other differential approaches that understand and incorporate the needs and realities experienced by LGBTIQ+ victims of the armed conflict. It should contain, at a minimum, the following modules:

1. Introduction: Approaches (feminist approach, gender approach, intersectional approach, etc), psychosocial approach to school (confidence building exercises).
2. Module 1: Introduction to Advocacy (tools for advocacy - e.g. articulation with feminist collectives and leaderships)
3. Module 3: Security and self-protection, in terms of incidence
4. Module 2: National Action Plan Resolution 1325 - Public Policy Session
5. Module 4: Sustainability

• Deliverables:

1. 1. 1. First deliverable. Document detailing the methodological proposal and work schedule.
      2. Final deliverable. Document with the modules of the Feminist Political School. Each module will include the content, methodology and pedagogical tools with proposed dynamics.

• Requirements:

1. Natural or legal person with expertise in pedagogy and experience in working with rural communities and/or people.
2. LGBTIQ+.
3. Demonstrate knowledge of intersectional feminism, LGBTIQ+ perspectives, public policy and advocacy.
4. Demonstrate ability to construct pedagogical material, for example: layout of documents, creation of audiovisual material, games and play material, among others.

• Type of recruitment: Service contract governed by Colombian law.

• Value: 

The consultancy will have an approximate value of twenty million nine hundred thousand Colombian pesos ($20,900,000) according to the winning proposal and quotation. These proposals must consider the cost of taxes or duties for their work.

The contract is NOT exempt from the application of fees, withholdings and taxes, which depend on the tax regime of the consultant or expenses associated with electronic invoicing. In the case of a natural person, the corresponding social security payment will be requested.

• Implementation period:

The execution time will be 5 months from the signature of the contract.

• Assignment of intellectual property rights: 

The production of this pedagogical material will be done under the figure of works for hire. Therefore, the intellectual property rights and other property rights, including the products or manuals generated, prepared or obtained in the framework of this consultancy belong to Colombia Diversa.

• Resume(s) of the person(s) who will perform the consultancy work
• Methodological proposal for the implementation of the consultancy
• Portfolio of similar projects implemented
• Quotation including VAT

Deadline. Applications will be received until 4 April at 11:59 pm 2025. After this date, the selection process will be initiated by an Evaluation Committee within Colombia Diversa. Once the proposal is selected, the Administrative Area of Colombia Diversa will be contacted to request additional documents and prepare the contract.
