Description: For two decades, Colombia Diversa has been working to defend the rights of the LGBTIQ+ population. Through litigation, advocacy and educommunication strategies, the organisation is committed to positioning the conversation on human rights and the life experiences of the LGBTIQ+ population in different scenarios and audiences.

Therefore, we are looking for a dynamic person who can develop and execute comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to strengthen visibility and engagement in social media. This role requires a deep commitment to promoting social change and gender equality.

Role tasks:

1. Structuring communication strategies for Colombia Diversa's different communication platforms.
2. Produce weekly social media content on current issues that the organisation is working on.
3. Build a monthly report on the behaviour of social networks and the reception of the content produced by Colombia Diversa.
4. Process changes or requests related to the website and Google Suite.
5. Social media coverage of events in which the Colombia Diversa team participates.
6. Designing newsletters for the promotion of events, research, services, among other topics.
7. Contacting communications and design providers for specific projects (launch of reports, new websites, layout, consultancies, etc.).
8. Support the coordination of the area in the cross-cutting deliverables required for the different projects implemented by Colombia Diversa.

Type of Recruitment: contract for the provision of professional services.

Value: monthly fees up to a maximum value of 4.700.000. This value may change depending on the curriculum vitae.

Requirements:

1. Professional in social communication, digital storytelling, journalism or related areas.
2. Have at least three (3) years of specific experience in the position applied for.
3. Experience in digital marketing is a plus.

Place of residence: Bogotá.
