1. OBJECTIVE:
Hire the services of a natural person with experience in conducting artistic workshops as a means for the construction of memory, as well as with knowledge of gender and sexuality issues. This person will be in charge of organising and directing 2 memory building processes through different artistic expressions (song, dance, performance, creative writing, etc.) in the cities of Buenaventura and Mocoa.

ACTIVITIES AND PRODUCTS
ACTIVITY: Carry out a memory building process in Buenaventura to produce a music video that tells the stories of 15 women and/or LGBT people who have been victims of the armed conflict and who have previously worked with Colombia Diversa. This process will take approximately 4 sessions and/or trips.

PRODUCT: A music video as a medium for the historical memory of the Buenaventura participants.

ACTIVITY: To carry out a process of memory construction in Mocoa (Putumayo) that allows the stories of around 10 women and/or LGBT victims of the armed conflict who have previously worked with Colombia Diversa to be captured in audiovisual, written or audio products. One of the products in which the stories of the people of this territory will be captured will be a performance, the other formats will be chosen with the participating population according to their preferences. This process will take approximately 4 sessions and/or trips.

PRODUCTS: A suitably recorded and edited performance of the stories of the people of Mocoa, as well as other artistic products in formats to be defined with the participants from this territory.

The aforementioned activities will be verified by Colombia Diversa's Peace and Transitional Justice team.

REQUIREMENTS:
● Demonstrate at least 2 years of experience in performing arts activities.
Demonstrated experience in historical memory building.
● Demonstrate knowledge of intersectional feminism and LGBT perspectives on peacebuilding.

3. EXECUTION TIME AND PAYMENTS
Duration. The contract must be executed within three months of its signature.
Payment schedule: to be agreed.
Payment shall be subject to COLOMBIA DIVERSA's approval of the delivered product. Adjustments to the products may be requested up to one month after the stipulated final delivery.

4. VALUE
The consultancy will have an approximate value of between thirty-five million pesos ($35,000,000) and forty million pesos (40,000,000), depending on the winning proposal and quotation. These proposals must consider the cost of taxes or duties for their work. The costs of airfare to the places where the memory building processes will take place will be paid by Colombia Diversa.

The contract is NOT exempt from the application of fees, withholdings and taxes, which depend on the tax regime of the consultant. In the case of natural persons, the corresponding social security payments will be requested.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Intellectual property rights and other proprietary rights, including any products or manuals generated, prepared or obtained in the framework of this consultancy belong to Colombia Diversa.

6. APPLICATION

Deadline. Applications will be received until midnight on 11 March 2022. Once the stage of receiving proposals has been completed, the selection process will be initiated by an Evaluation Committee within Colombia Diversa and the results will be notified.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY
The information that becomes known within the framework of this consultancy and that is not finally published on the platform will be confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties, unless there is an express written authorisation from COLOMBIA DIVERSA.
