Colombia Diversa is an organisation founded in 2004 that seeks to promote full inclusion, respect for the rights, recognition and mobilisation of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) people. The organisation is currently implementing the project "Memory of LGBT victims as a contribution to truth and reconciliation" within the framework of the CIDA/VOCA Partnerships for Reconciliation Programme (PAR), with funding from USAID. The outcome of the project will be the launch of a web platform with the stories of LGBT victims of homicides in Colombia.

To achieve this, Colombia Diversa has opened a public call to select the company that will create this web platform.

Since the USAID grant is for a programme of common benefit in Colombia, privileges with respect to exemption from national taxes, duties or contributions will apply at the time of contracting and payment.

Brief description of the product to be delivered:

Technological communication tool (WEB PORTAL) to raise awareness and mobilise public opinion on the importance of the truth about violent deaths motivated by sexual orientation and/or gender identity in Colombia, through the dissemination of the life stories of the victims (TEXTS, AUDIO, VIDEOS and/or IMAGES) in a graphic (virtual tour of a FOREST) and interactive way.

Requirements:

• Portfolio of projects implemented with the corresponding links.
• Provide a detailed quotation or proposal, specifying development and support time, as well as costs for design, licensing (if applicable) and hosting.
• Deliver the tested and adjusted platform by 2 September 2019.
• The place of execution of the proposal is the city of Bogotá D. C.

1. Deadline for applications: 6 May 2019. Applications received after this date will not be considered.
2. Send a copy of the RUT, certificate of existence and legal representation before the Chamber of Commerce of Bogota, and the detailed quotation or proposal to the following e-mail address in**@*************sa.org
3. The detailed quotation or proposal must be duly signed by the legal representative of the company applying to the call and can be sent as a scanned copy to the e-mail address indicated in the previous paragraph.
