Colombia Diversa is an organisation that works for the human rights of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGTB) people in Colombia. Our mission is to promote full inclusion, respect for the integral rights, recognition and mobilisation of Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender (LGBT) people in the economic, social, political and cultural spheres, in order to contribute to the construction of a democratic, modern and socially just society in Colombia.
The objectives of the organisation are:
- To champion the dissemination, defence and development of the rights of LGTB people.
- To positively transform cultural imaginaries and practices with respect to LGTB people.
- Promote the organisation and capacity for political action of the LGBT community.

In order to expand our team and strengthen our mission, we are looking for the following profile:
Professional in Graphic Design, with two (2) years of experience in the design, conceptualisation and elaboration of audiovisual and graphic pieces, as well as in video editing and creation. (Must be able to use Adobe Suite for this purpose). Would be an asset:
- Knowledge of Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and, in general, the entire Adobe suite.
- Proactivity when proposing content and new formats.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Preferably if you have knowledge of making minisites and/or weblets.
- Knowledge of illustration
- Affinity with LGBT human rights issues and gender issues, as well as those related to vulnerable populations.
Functions and/or activities
- Production of audiovisual and graphic pieces for publication on social networks and/or campaigns for the defence of the LGBT population.
- Production of infographics and illustrations
- Document layout.
- Video editing.
- Create or propose graphic lines to have unity of image in the organisation and its communication channels.
